Hella!Helle! is based on the experiences of a two month stay in Vietnam. It is the first TRAVA-piece which mixes film with live action on stage. The piece was premiered 2005 at the Sophiensaele. It is a production of TRAVA, Sophiensaele and produktionsbüro TANZTAGE BERLIN. It was subsidized by Haupstadtkulturfonds Berlin and supported by Fonds Darstellende Künste and Mime Centrum Berlin.

Idea and performance: TRAVA

Technical rider:

Lenght: 45min.

Space: 9m x 9m

Beamer: The beamer must have switching off the blue box mode. With mechanical dowser (remote controlled).

Note: This is a rear projection – so we need long video signal cables.

Screen: We have our own screen: 2,80 m wide and 2,10 high.

For the screen we need metal wires to hang it 1,80m from the stage. Also we need two wooden or aluminum sticks about 3m long to stretch the screen. It has suitable pockets on the top and on the bottom edges.

Projection comes from our laptop. We need only cables for video (S-VIDEO) and sound connections (SMALL JACK).

Video mixer: Used for fade out/in only.

Sound: Sound mixer. Regular sound system suitable for the space.

Note: some rear speakers(monitors) or regular speakers position so that the dancers hear the music.

Light: Light board with possibility to store memories. With auto - follow cues.

Digital dimmers.

Required lamps: (medium size stage)
